No Refund Policy
All entry fees are non-refundable. When you register for an event, you agree that there are no refunds.
We offer credit for future race events. A credit for your registration fee can be applied to a future event of your choice, provided that you register for such future event at least 14 days prior to the future race date. No credits for cancellation will be given within 14 days of the current year’s event.
Air Quality and Smoke
We monitor the Air Quality Index (AQI) for all events. The AQI is a moving target and can change hourly. Our plan is to determine the AQI the morning of the scheduled event and make an informed decision whether to hold or cancel an event at that time. In general, we will hold and event if the AQI is close to 150 or lower. Our goal is to not cancel an event prior to the morning of the event. However, there are circumstances, such as prolonged unhealthy air quality leading up to an event that could prevent our staff from preparing properly and safely for an event. In this type of situation, we may cancel due to poor air quality days prior to an event. Additionally, we look at the AQI and wind forecasts to provide data that help with our decision making on event cancellations due to poor and unhealthy air quality.
Registration Changes
No transfer or assignments of registration fees are allowed from one person to another. However, you may change the event for which you are registered, provided the race you are changing to is of equal or lesser value.
Let’s say for example you registered for the Endeavor Solo-12 race. Then you find that your training is going well and you found a partner you’d like to compete with in the Endeavor Team Challenge. You can make these changes up to 14 days prior to the event. In most cases this can be done by simply e-mailing our management team making this request and following any additional steps they may give you.
